Our Merlot is fruit forward with notes of black cherry and plum.

Pairs well with roasted meats, grilled steak, and charcuterie.  Great with camembert, gouda, and gruyere.

Sangiovese

Sangiovese

Our Sangiovese is a Tuscan style medium bodied wine with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon.  Nose of strawberry with tart cherry and roasted tomato on the palate. 

Pairs well with rack of lamb, sausages and steaks.

Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris

This off dry wine has hints of apples, pears, and pineapple. 

Pairs well with grilled fish, chicken or pork.

Viognier

Viognier

This classic French grape was fermented in stainless, producing a sophisticated, classic white wine with hints of honeysuckle and melon. 

Pairs well with chicken, pork and shellfish dishes. Great with gouda, brie, and gruyere cheeses.

Peach Chardonnay

Peach Chardonnay

This wine blends the varietal notes of Chardonnay with the natural sweetness of ripe peaches.  It strikes the perfect balance between sweet and dry.

Pairs well with grilled chicken, stir-fry, crab cakes, and salads.
